Slow Cooked Spare Ribs

Most people thing Barbecue when planning a spare rib entree, but here we offer an alternative, after all, and while it blasphemy to mention, barbecue can get kinda old after awhile.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork spare ribs – cut into serving size pieces
  • 2 oz Soy Sauce
  • 2 oz Molasses
  • 2 oz Prepared Mustard
  • 2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Chile Paste

Process

  1. Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting
  2. Place ribs in slow cooker arranging as flat as possible
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  4. Cover and cook 5-6 hrs until meat is tender.

Serve with Air fried potatoes, and corn….maybe, and this I’m just spitballing here, maybe some Pork & Beans.
