Most people thing Barbecue when planning a spare rib entree, but here we offer an alternative, after all, and while it blasphemy to mention, barbecue can get kinda old after awhile.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork spare ribs – cut into serving size pieces
- 2 oz Soy Sauce
- 2 oz Molasses
- 2 oz Prepared Mustard
- 2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chile Paste
Process
- Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting
- Place ribs in slow cooker arranging as flat as possible
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook 5-6 hrs until meat is tender.
Serve with Air fried potatoes, and corn….maybe, and this I’m just spitballing here, maybe some Pork & Beans.
