Salmon is best when grilled as fillets, but sometimes you hunger for something different, and this is a good recipe for your something different dinner. Also, canned salmon is cheap compared to wild caught salmon fillets so have guilt-free fun.
Ingredients
- 14 oz can Salmon – drained
- 3 TBL Olive oil
- 2 Eggs – beaten
- 1 Onion – diced fine
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Old spice (optional)
Process
- Mise en Place: Measure and prepare ingredients prior to starting.
- Mix eggs, onion, salmon, and pepper.
- Shape into 7-8, 2 oz patties
- Put in frig to until firm (cover with film).
- Fry in pan on Med. for 5 mins. on each side until golden brown.
