French Cut Bean Casserole

This is a quick not from scratch casserole, or hot dish since it uses Cream of Mushroom soup, but it is tasty so you won’t be disappointed. The recipe takes approximately 40 mins and is a side for a dinner with 6 guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans French Cut Green Beans – drained
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 6 oz Whole Milk
  • 1.5 cups Crispy fried onions – divided
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Process

  1. Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Mix soup, milk, and pepper.
  4. Stir in beans add half the onions.
  5. Bake 30 mins.
  6. Stir the mixture and top with remaining onions
  7. Bake until golden brown ~5 mins.
