Ask any street vendor and they’ll tell you that what separates their fish tacos from the other guys, is their sauce. Here is a standard fish taco sauce, you of course are encouraged to play with my recipe to promote your personal flare. Once you try this, you find all kinds of dishes where it can be used.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Sour Cream
- 3 oz Mayonnaise
- 2 TBL Lime juice
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or chili paste
Process
- Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
- Combine all the ingredients and whisk until blended.
- Put in a squeeze bottle and keep cool in the fridge.
- Will last several days if you keep it cool.
