If you’ve ever had a Greek Gyro, you know how important tzatziki sauce is. Like any good cuisine there are a hosts of ways in which it can be prepared and this sauce screams experimentation. I provide the basic set up below, but feel free to allow your taste buds to play. I use this sauce in both my Meatball and my Chicken Gyros. For the meatball Gyro, I recommend the Tzatziki sauce with red chili but for the chicken Gyro use this traditional white Tzatziki sauce.
