Not every meal has to be about amazing your date or dinner guest with just how good of a cook you are, sometimes it just come down to a simple tasty meal that takes you back to those fabulous days when you first started out on your own, had no money, and life was about as good a life can get. This is one of those dishes that does that for me. I was living in a trailer and catching rattlesnakes in the mountains for extra money to buy beer and this recipe was what I called fine dining.
