Spinach Dip

A backed spinach dip with cheese is best served warm on crackers or biscuits, but can also be served cold.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen cut Spinach – thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese – shredded
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Process

  1. Mise en Place: Measure and prepare ingredients prior to starting.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Transfer to oven ready serving bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake 25 – 30 mins until bubbly.
  6. Let cool 10 mins before serving.
