Negroni

This classic Italian cocktail is a must for getting your pasta party started. It’s a simple recipe that doesn’t pack as much punch as other classic cocktails but is so smooth you’ll likely have two.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Campari

Process

  1. Mise en Place: measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
  2. Fill stirring glass with ice.
  3. Add the ingredients to glass.
  4. Stir gently for at least 30 seconds or until cocktail is fully chilled down.
  5. Strain into chilled low ball glass
    • Can serve on the rocks, but the cocktail will dilute as ice melts.
