This a traditional sauce served with prime rib, but can also be used with shrimp, grilled salmon, vegetables, or even as a salad dressing. Quick and easy to make, this can be served as soon as you are done.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Sour Cream
- 2 TBL Prepared Horseradish – drained
- 2 TBL Mayonase
- 1 TBL Chives
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Process
- Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Chill.
- Serve.
