Spoiler alert, this salmon sauce has horseradish in it to provide a punch to your salmon dish. One nice thing about this sauce, besides the great taste, is that it only takes a few minutes to make and goes equally well with a sliced beef sandwich, or even in a salad.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Mayonnaise
- 3 oz Sour cream
- 1 TBL Dill – fresh, minced
- 2 tsp Prepared Horseradish – or more if that’s your deal
- 1 tsp Lemon juice – fresh is best
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process
- Mix all the ingredients together.
