This is a great sauce for many things, like eggs or for dipping cauliflower. Once you taste it, you’ll know how best to use it in your cuisines.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado – halved
- 2 scallions – rough chopped
- 1 Jalapeño – deseeded & rough chopped
- 0.5 lime – juiced
- 1 TBL Olive oil
- 1 TBL grated parmesan
- 0.25 cup parsely – rough chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- salt + pepper to taste
Process
- Mise en Place – measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Adjust as needed.
- Will keep a day or two at best
