This recipe is intended for Pork, but can also be used on roasted chicken and perhaps even fish if you want to get out of your rut with all the time breading and frying your fish.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Apple cider
- 2 oz Maple Syrup – use real maple not the sugar imitation junk
- 1 TBL Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Process
- Mise en Place: Measure and prepare your ingredients prior to starting.
- Put glaze ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer to reduce.
- Apply to your meat or vegetables just prior to serving.
