I usually smoke my ribs, but once in awhile I choose to make them in the oven. If I am going to be busy in the kitchen and don’t want the hassle of running out to the smoker or if I want fall off the bone juicy ribs ready precisely when I want them, then I cook in the oven. There are only two ingredients for this recipe, a pork rib rub, and the ribs. Of the three ways to cook ribs, the oven baked gives you the most tender and juicy, which means you can rely less on sauce to finish the ribs.
