One can only delay a revolution for so long before you just have to say, ‘let’s do this’. I am seeking representation of my contemporary novel, RAINMAKERS OF REVOLUTION, which is book three of the WHAT IS TO BE DONE trilogy.
Alvarez feels his mission has been successfully completed but what he fails to realize is that Jake and his Americans for a New America cohorts can finally launch their many times delayed virtual coup. The ANA remain unwavering in their commitment to restore the country to its full and promised potential and are confident they can successfully pull off their coup without anyone noticing. For his part, Padre’s conspiring to find ways to not only offer his assistance but that of the fringe holy order that secretly sent him to Northern New Mexico for just this reason.
Meanwhile Sympatico continues building a life as normal as any who’s endured what she has can. She works at Padre’s halfway house and continues living with Jake. The ANA have pretty much accounted for every contingency of their launch sequence, except for Alvarez being smart enough to figure out what’s going on, now that he has, the remaining question is; does he think what the ANA is attempting is noble enough to be allowed to continue.
Set in Northern New Mexico, RAINMAKERS OF REVOLUTION, is for anyone who rallies around the heroism of ordinary people doing extraordinary things to make their world better. The novel draws on my experiences as a Los Alamos National Laboratory research engineer and member of the DOJ Human Trafficking Task Force and my experience in Continuity of Government planning.
