Life comes hard with relentless ruthlessness that can only be countered by continual movement and change. I can no more alter the past than I can successfully push against a raging river. Still the same, I can’t seem to stop myself from trying.
Written while lamenting why life doesn’t come with a redo button to better manage regrets.
