Salmon Rub with Shallots

A quick and simple rub to spice up a baked or broiled salmon fillet. This recipe is for 1 lbs. of salmon fillets.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBL – Deli mustard – or any grainy mustard
  • 2 Garlic cloves – minced
  • 1 TBL Shallots – finely diced
  • 2 tsp. Thyme leaves – chopped – or 0.5 tsp dry
  • 2 tsp Rosemary leaves – chopped – or 0.5 tsp dry
  • 1/2 Lemon – juiced

Process

Mix ingredients and rub on salmon before baking or broiling.
