A poem by R.M. Dolin
The Easy Part
The easy part’s saying,
“I need out.”
Executing your escape,
knowing where you’re going,
how you intend to plug
into your next
new start over,
and what your purpose
is supposed to be,
that dear one,
is a horse
that don’t take to riding.
From chapter 4 of the R.M. Dolin novel, “An Unsustainable Life – The Book of Darwin.” Darwin admits that his decision to leave California was both necessary and easy, the hard part is what comes next.
