Taking the day off to help my kids cook Mother’s Day dinner. If you want a treat, check out my Beef Bourguignon in a wine reduction sauce with Puree la Ratte (worlds best mashed potatoes according to the Michelin Guide). While it is hands down the best beef dish I’ve ever made/tasted, it takes all day.
Quick note: notice that the curve continues to rapidly descend. There is no way this crisis runs out to August 4th as federal and academic models project. My projection remains June 7th.
