Dill Sauce

If you have fresh dill, this is a nice cold sauce to serve with fish like salmon, or if you like to live on the edge, try over your next omelet. Can also be used as a dip or spread. It is quick and easy and can last a few days in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Dill – fresh or don’t bother
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Process

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Can serve immediately, but better of you let it rest in fridge for a couple hours.
